Sometimes it is hard to find games that are appropriate for younger gamers. This is simply untrue on the Wii system. There are a number of wonderful games rated E for everyone. The following three games make perfect holiday gifts for Wii players.

1. Super Mario Galaxy: Rated one of the top games by numerous online reviewers, Super Mario Galaxy bring together the essence of the Mario games that you have come to love with the functionality of the Wii.  Those who enjoyed Super Mario 64 will recognize many of the same game formats, but there is still plenty of new and exciting changes to this game. The first stages start out relatively easy, and gradually become more difficult as the game progresses.
2. Mario Kart Wii: This classic Nintendo game provides hours of single and multi player fun. The game includes a wii wheel, which makes the game a little more exciting. Those who have played past versions will find that many of the old courses have been maintained, but with a cleaner look. The game also has plenty of new features including online play, choice of vehicle, and challenging new courses.
3. de Blob: With the color stripped from the city, it is up to you, Blob, to restore the vibrancy to the buildings and people. Players race through areas of the city, racking up points as they color everything in their path. There are also a number of structured challenges, including races, landmark challenges, and combat challenges. A perfect choice for any child who likes to color, or anyone who enjoys playing games that are simply, yet fun.
